Combined, craft brewing has been our passion for over 25 years.

Jason Courtney has been hand crafting ales and lagers for nearly 14 years. His award winning recipes are unmatched, his attention to detail and flexibility has proven to be a sucessful formula for the microbrewing industy, as evident by each pub, micro, and contract facility he builds.

Sarah Courtney has been developing start-up infrastructure, branding and marketing relations for nearly 11 years. Her procurement skills, medial relations and killer sales instinct, ensure maxium profitability for each individual project.

In 2002 he was named Small Brew Pub Brew Master of the Year at the Great American Beer Festival, which is held annually in Denver, Colorado. After earning two gold medals, one silver and one bronze in just one year. Mr. Courtney has earned a total of three gold, two bronzes and one silver medal at the GABF for styles ranging from Vienna style Lager to American Pale Ale. In 2006, he was awarded silver for his American Stout and bronze for his Robust Porter, at the largest International competition, the World Beer Cup.

 Jason formulates all the award-winning recipes himself and produces from grain to glass.

Sarah and Jason both graduated in the top percentile of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science (Horticulture) and Sarah a Bachelor of Arts (Public Relations).
